How does per-day pricing work?
Each plan is priced per event day. A standard day covers up to 10 hours of live interpretation. If your event spans multiple days, each day is billed at the same rate. Multi-day discounts are available on request.
Can I add more listeners or languages after booking?
Yes. On the Business plan, extra listeners are available in blocks of 50 at $65/block, and additional languages are $85/language/day. Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your event starts.
What is a concurrent session?
A concurrent session is a single, active interpretation meeting or room. If your event has two rooms running at the same time, that's 2 concurrent sessions. Each additional session is priced at the number of languages × $85/day.
What does the extended day add-on cover?
The standard event day covers 10 hours. The extended day add-on increases coverage to 16 hours and applies a 60% premium to your total accumulated daily plan cost — including any extra listeners, languages, or sessions you've added.
Is Starter right for me if I need more than 3 languages?
If you need more than 3 languages, the Business plan is the right fit. It includes 5 languages per session and lets you scale up to 10 languages per session at $85/language/session/day. Use the cost estimator above to see your exact price.
What is a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and who gets one?
An SLA is a formal commitment that defines guaranteed uptime, response times, and remedies if service falls short. SLAs are available on the Enterprise plan and are negotiated based on your event requirements. Starter and Business plans are covered by our standard terms of service, which include live technical support on the day of your event.
